Hi, it’s me Hussein. I am in Mr.Adam’s fifth grade class at WSE. I am working on my homework assignments. I like getting all my work done in the morning so I have the afternoon to play outside, we usually consider that as a long recess 😝. I wanted to say that I miss my teachers and my friends alot. I can’t wait to get back to school. Stay safe everyone.

Shout out to Mr. Hahn for visiting both sets of his grandparents today while honoring social distance guidelines! Well done! Nice to see you Mr. Hahn!

Zachariah is a 3rd grader in Mrs. Fortunato's class. His family enjoyed watching the video of Mr. Brem & the teachers at HST. Zachariah has been & still is working diligently on his school work. Zachariah also has had some free time for walks, yoga, baking & making slide show presentations. The family wanted to say thank the staff at HST, for giving ideas and tips on learning at home.

The Pineda Family are being proactive during the quarantine. The kids are doing homework, reading, having family game night, working through stressful moments with mindfulness, doing yoga via YouTube, and going for walks. They believe that schedules keep you sane!

Here is a picture of Leo Colon is in Mrs. Attar's first grade class. Today he learned all about how plants grow. He planted seeds and put celery in different colored water. He's very excited to see what will happen!

On Saturday, I started some seeds for my garden. After I was done I cleaned up my raised garden and planted some lettuce seeds. I can't wait to watch them grow! Working in with plants makes my heart happy.
