St. Luke's Free Sports Physicals at Coca-Cola Park.
Attention STSD students currently in grades 5-11!
If you are considering playing an SMS/SHS sport, being a team manager or joining twirling/marching band, please note that St. Luke's is offering FREE athletic physicals at Coca Cola Park in Allentown.
You must have a physical dated on or after June 1, 2021 to participate in athletics/marching band/twirling in the 2021-22 school year.
St. Luke's is hosting athlete physicals at Coca-Cola Park in Allentown on the following dates:
Friday, July 16th - 2PM to 7 PM
Saturday, July 17th - 9AM to 2PM
Tuesday, August 10th - 2PM to 7PM
These physicals are open to St. Luke’s affiliated programs. Athletes must bring their completed PIAA forms. Updated PIAA forms will be available beginning in June 2021.
Athletes and parents/guardians must wear a mask while at the ballpark for their appointment.
If an athlete has had COVID-19 in the last 90 days, please see your primary care physician for your physical.
