Salisbury High School hosts open library summer hours for students entering grades 9-12 to check out books on Wednesday, July 14th from 9:30-11:30 a.m. You may login to Destiny from the STSD homepage to place books on hold ahead of time.
The Salisbury legion team won the Lehigh Valley Legion championship last night with a come from behind 5-4 victory over #2 seeded Whitehall Monday night. The Falcon Legion team is composed of both Salisbury and Southern Lehigh players and is led by head coach Jason Laky and assistant coach Eric Schware. The team worked its way through the winner's bracket by winning 3 straight games and securing a spot in the championship.
After trailing 4-0, the Falcons never gave up and scored 5 straight runs thanks to two two-run singles from rising senior Hunter Rothrock and recent SL graduate Ashton Levy!
Rising sophomore Andrew Grejda pitched 5 innings and recorded the win. Andrew was relieved by recent SHS graduate Quinn Warmkessel in the 6th. Quinn threw two scoreless innings with 4 strikeouts to close the game out and record the save.
The Falcon Legion team moves onto the Legion Region 2 tournament that starts this Friday in West Lawn! The first game will be against the champion from the Berks Legion League, Shillington. We wish the team the best of luck! Congratulations and good luck!

The Salisbury senior legion baseball team beat Whitehall-Coplay 9-1 Friday in the winner’s bracket final of the legion playoffs. The playoff championship game vs. TBD team will take place on Monday at Lower Macungie’s Church Lane Field at a TBA time. Good luck!

Open Gym for Golf.

Congratulations to the Salisbury Legion Baseball team on their 6-0 playoff victory over #1 seed South Parkland on Tuesday night. Andrew Grejda threw a 4 hit, 5 strikeout complete game shutout. This is their second straight playoff win, and the team moves on to the Winner’s Bracket final of the double elimination tournament later this week.
