Sports Performance Training (beginning Monday, 6/14) is designed to prepare students for their sport and improve competitive performance.
During these sessions participants will learn proper technique of fundamental athletic movements such as running and jumping, as well as basic functional movements to increase strength and reduce the risk of injury.
Open sessions are for ALL students in grades 7-12, as well as those who have just graduated and may be continuing their athletic career or those who just simply wish to workout.
