In order to play a spring sport, students must have a physical dated on or after June 1, 2019. Spring physical paperwork and recertification paperwork for fall/winter athletes/team managers will be available beginning on 2/3/20 at SMS/SHS. If you participated in a fall/winter sport or were a fall/winter team manager, you do not need a new physical, however, you do need to complete a Recertification form to participate in a spring sport.
