Congratulations to Julie Sizer on her on her successful audition for PMEA District 10 Band.
Julie was one of 3 mallet percussionists selected after 36 auditioned on Saturday.
She will represent Salisbury at the festival February 13-15 at Exeter High School.

Casey Carle presented Bubble Mania today at HST!
At WSE 3rd grade students learned different musical beats. They created a measure of music using a unique beat. They then worked in small groups and strung the measures together to create a composition. They performed the composition for the rest of the class. What fun!

Thank you to WSE’s kindergarteners for organizing our Coco Foundation toy drive and to our families for donating. We collected 3 boxes of toys for children in the oncology units at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Children’s Hospital at Lehigh Valley Hospital, St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children, Janet Weis Children’s Hospital at Geisenger and Stony Brook Children’s Hospital. ‘Tis the season of kindness and caring.,
Salisbury athletic trainer Julie Nunn and Julie Grisi and Director of Student Activities Monica Deeb took a Mental Health First Aid Class on Sunday at Moravian College. Thank you St. Luke’s University Health Network for providing the trio with this opportunity.
