Members of our boys and girls track and field team will compete at the District XI Championships Tuesday, 5/12 and Wednesday, 5/13 at Whitehall HS.
Tickets for the District XI Track & Field Championship have been posted and can be purchased HERE. Fans will need to purchase a ticket for each day.
Important Notes: Advanced Tickets (ONLINE ONLY) will be sold beginning today through one (1) hour prior to the meet start each day (2:00 PM) at $10 each with the leagues absorbing all fees. Once 2:00 PM hits each day, GATE Tickets will only be available for purchase at $12.00 each. Fans can purchase at the gate with cash OR online with a credit card. Sr. Citizens 65+ admitted free with proof of age. Please communicate with your families so that everyone can take advantage of the discounted rate.

Today selected members of the STARS club attended the Day at the Capitol event sponsored by TRU. The students spoke to representatives and shared stories and facts about the problems with tobacco use and the importance of funding for programs like TRU to help people avoid or quit tobacco use.

Congratulations and a huge thank you to the SHS Key Club (assisted by the Peace Club) for collecting 1288.5 lbs. of food for the Allentown Area Ecumenical Food Bank. The food bank has provided food to over 19,000 families this year alone, and Key Club's generous donation will help them continue their good work. WAY TO GO!

The STARS club at SHS wants students to be safe drivers. Yesterday as part of Distracted Driving Awareness month students experienced the effects of impaired driving thanks to LVHN’s computerized driving simulators and impaired vision goggles.

Big news for Salisbury High School! Next year, our students will join Kutztown University’s Early College Academy for the first time in both tracks, opening the door to college credit, real college experiences, and new opportunities for growth. Students in the program can earn up to 12 college credits each year at no cost to families. We’re thrilled to celebrate this partnership and all it means for our students’ futures

SHS students had a chance to drive the SIDNE car today as part of Distracted Driving Awareness Month. The car replicates the effects of impaired driving such as delayed reaction times and overcorrection. Many thanks to Officer Nothstein and the STPD for providing the SIDNE car to the STARS club for this event!
