SHS Model UN Team did a great job at The Johns Hopkins MUN Conference! The team worked through the weekend to resolve global issues through international cooperation and diplomacy. Congratulations to our award winners: Eliza Wiener for her work handling the Crisis of the Yom Kippur War of 1973, and Dylan Weber for his work as the Minister of the Environment in the Cabinet Of Nigeria.

Today Ms. Anderson’s 5th graders Facetimed with The Honorable Teresa Deni, a Philadelphia Municipal Court judge. Judge Deni helped students prepare for their mock trial of a character in the book, Johnny Tremain. Students loved the real world experience.
