As part of our commitment to Social-Emotional Learning this year our teachers are being trained in recognizing and responding to Adverse Childhood Events (ACE) through trauma informed care of students and self-care. The training was provided in 2 parts (January and last Friday) by the Carbon Lehigh Intermediate Unit. The special ed. department will host an information night on students with IEPs transitioning from high school and post-secondary options on Tues., Feb. 25th at 5:30 PM in the SHS library. This session is for high school students with IEPs and their parents / guardians.

Tomorrow (2/22) we will be hosting the corn hole doubles tournament! All proceeds will go towards supporting the yearbook club, as we aim to give a special set of extra pages to the senior class. The tournament is open to the public, and is an all ages event. Bring your family, your friends, and your kids!
