SHS graduate Rylee Donaldson Named Bucknell Bison Athlete of the Week Bucknell striker Rylee Donaldson has been named the Bison Athlete of the Week after scoring her Patriot League-leading eighth goal of the season in Saturday's 1-0 victory over Lafayette. After a couple of close calls, Donaldson cashed in on a breakaway in the 30th minute. Center back Claire Mensi sent a long clearance beyond the Leopards' back line, and Donaldson outran everyone to the ball. Donaldson is in the midst of a breakout junior campaign. She leads the Patriot League in shots (41), goals (8) and points (17). She also ranks 36th nationally with those eight goals. Donaldson, who has six goals in her last six games and five goals in five Patriot League games, has helped the Bison to a share of first place. Bucknell and Boston University are both 4-1 for 12 points, with 3-1-1 Loyola sitting two points back. The Bison have a pivotal week ahead, with a road trip to Loyola on Wednesday night, followed by a home date with co-leader Boston University on Saturday. Congratulations Rylee! #yoursalisbury
