Tyasia Dyer


What are your hobbies?

I enjoy baking with my little sisters, cheerleading, spending time with my parents and family, and listening to music. 


How would your friends describe you?

My friends would describe me as funny, overly caring, compassionate, and organized. 


What is your favorite subject?

My favorite subject is science. 


Who is your favorite teacher and why?

My favorite teacher is Profesora Cherry, she is one of the sweetest teachers in the school and is someone I can always go to talk to. 


What is your favorite Salisbury memory?

My favorite Salisbury memory is cheering with my friends on football senior night and being a part of the Emerging Health Professionals program.


What is your favorite movie?

I love and watch a lot of movies, but if I had to pick one I would choose The Proposal. 


Are you involved in any community service projects?

I am not currently involved in any community service projects, however, I am a part of both the NHS and Key Club. 


Who is your role model and why?

My role model is my aunt, she’s one of the hardest working women I know. She’s currently working hard to get her doctorate degree at Seton Hall University, while working full time for Pearson.


What’s next after graduation?

After graduation, I plan on attending Temple University as a Biology major and I hope to attend the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University. After which I hope to be well on the path of becoming a pediatric surgeon.
