Salisbury HS students Riley Nemitz, Soledad Lausch and Jonah Nemitz competed Friday 3/27 at the CLIU Academic Challenge. Salisbury placed 7th in the competition, which tested students on their knowledge of literature, science, history, mathematics and various other topics.

SHS students had the honor of hearing from Mr. John Halligan, who shared his son Ryan’s story and the heartbreaking impact bullying can have both in person and online. His message encouraged us all to lead with kindness, speak up for others, and help create a safer, more supportive school community.

The Salisbury Debate playoff team finished the playoff portion of their season with a perfect 8-0 record. The team of Phoebe Ballek, Emerson Juhasz, Michael McWhorter and Soledad Lausch will now advance to the LVIDA finals, where they will face Saucon Valley. Finals will be held at Palisades High School on Tuesday, April 7th.
