Health Benefits of Spices & Herbs - May 6, 2019 6pm @ SHS

Facilitated by Camille Laszczak, Southwestern Foodservice Excellence.

Participants will learn the health benefits of using spices & herbs in cooking, from strong & spicy to mild & peppery.  Those in attendance will leave knowing how to use plant-based foods in a daily diet and how they promote good health. Some recipes will also be shared.
