snow

Hello Salisbury!

As a result of the impending snow storm for Wednesday and Thursday of this week, the following changes will impact instruction for the remainder of the week:

  • Wednesday, December 16 will be a regular remote instruction day, following the planned schedule. Students and staff should plan to work remotely. Staff should plan to take all necessary materials home as buildings will not be accessible.

  • Thursday, December 17 will be a traditional inclement weather day. There will be no instruction, and the day will not count as a school day. The school calendar will be adjusted with Friday, February 12 as an inclement weather make-up day. (We are calling Thursday as an inclement weather day due to the fact that the forecast includes high winds which could cause power outages making remote learning difficult.)

  • Friday, December 18 will be called Thursday evening. Families and staff should expect communication via Apptegy. Staff should be prepared to work remotely; please take all necessary materials home as buildings will likely not be accessible.

Stay safe, and have a great day!
